In accordance with CDC guidelines for the protection of our patients and social distancing, this class will be held via Microsoft Teams. It includes an overview about what to bring and where to come when labor begins, medication and anesthesia options, and more. There also will be time to ask questions in person about labor and delivery. Depending on how long the Q&A session lasts, the class may conclude early.

First time mothers should complete the online course before participating in this class. You will obtain your access code and instructions for the online course during pre-admission to The Birthplace. If you have already experienced childbirth, you may wish to participate in this class to become familiar with our facility and processes.

The packet you receive from you OB/GYN office has instructions on how to access the Microsoft Teams classes. Please note that all expectant parents wanting to view the classes must register online at baptistonline.org\birthplace in order to receive an invitation to the classes.
